When an event becomes ambassador of a wine territory

From the five-year collaboration with Consorzio Vini Venezia, what we can define as the annual event that celebrates the winemaking excellence of Venice was created. Feel Venice was born in this way, an exclusive festival devoted to the wine of the area, but also to the art, culture and gastronomy of Venice.

An event open to the public, one of a kind that has always taken place within the marvelous setting of the ancient garden that is hidden inside the Convent of the Discalced Carmelites in Venice.

A symbolic place where the vineyard-collection of the wine-growing biodiversity which includes more than 20 varieties recovered by the Consorzio Vini Venezia (Venice Wine Consortium) from various Venetian vegetable gardens.

the project!

From the beginning, the need was to create a sophisticated and captivating moment that could tell enthusiasts, wine lovers, operators in the sector and journalists about the enological heritage of the 5 denominations protected by the Consorzio Vini Venezia and its link with the historic lagoon city. The strategy that was put in place was aimed at condensing and presenting the best of Venetian wine-making excellence within a high-level cultural setting, all in one day.

An annual format lasting one day was therefore proposed and then created, open to the public and during which visitors would have various engaging experiences, differentiated by target audience, such as guided tastings, stalls for the tasting of wines coming from the 5 denominations, DOC Piave, DOC Lison Pramaggiore, DOC Venezia, DOCG Malanotte and DOCG Lison, thematic seminars, suggestions for the pairing up of food and wine, also via partnerships with local producers, guided visits to the experimental vineyard, to the mystical garden still managed today by the Discalced Carmelite Friars, and to the church of Santa Maria di Nazareth adjacent to the Convent.

First of all, we created a tailor-made press communication aimed at narrating and celebrating the event in its various aspects both through traditional tools such as the launch of press releases and the drafting of in-depth articles, and through a targeted campaign on the social media. We dedicated ourselves to the design of the program for the event in collaboration with the customer, and we offered support throughout the phases of its organization and implementation.

We also organized a time that was to be devoted to the specialized press, lifestyle and influencers through the realization of 3-day press tours that, over the years, have taken place both in the town of Treviso and in the city of Venice via in-depth studies of an enological nature but of a cultural and historical nature as well.
